Reservations and Cancellation Policy
Reservations
Reservations are made by phone using a credit card (VISA or Mastercard). A one night deposit is required to hold the reservation. Full payment is charged on morning of arrival. All prices are based on double occupancy. Each additional person is $10 per night. There is a 6% city tax and a 4% bed tax(10% total).
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are charged a $25 cancellation fee if the cancellation is made 30 days or more before arrival. Any cancellation made less than 30 days before arrival are charged one night reservation fee or 50% of total reservation cost, whichever is higher. If a one night reservation is cancelled within 30 days and the room is re-booked, then only a $25 cancellation fee is charged. If a multiple night reservation is cancelled within 30 days and one or more of the nights are re-booked, then only the un-booked nights will be figured in the cancellation charges.
